Caprese crostini

Today we jazz up a Caprese salad

Crostini

1 Baguette cut at a bias , drizzled on olive oil and fresh ground black pepper. Place on a baking sheet and toast at 400 F for five minutes.


Caprese

6 ounces Fresh Mozzarella ( small cubed )

Salt

Fresh ground Black pepper

4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil

7 large fresh Basil leaves ( chopped )

Balsamic vinegar

2 large tomatoes ( cubed)


Mix ingredients well in a large bowl, Top Crostini with mixture and ENJOY!
