Jazzy Tuna Salad

Sorry for the slow in posts Ive started back to work from the COVID-19 Crisis .Today we make the most amazing Tuna salad you've had.


3 pounds Tuna, drained

1.5 cups Sultanas

1 cup Sunflower kernels

1 cup Raisin

1 cup Each Fuji and Granny smith apples

1 cup dried Apricot

2 cups Greek yoghurt

1 cup sautéed Leeks

1 bunch chopped Green onion

1 tablespoon Gochugaru

2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt , Pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients until well combined , serve on warm pita
