Lemon Butter Dill Seared Salmon

Today we make lemon butter dill with fresh Washington salmon.


-2 Salmon Filets

- Juice of 1 lemon

-4 sprigs of fresh dill ( finely chopped)

- 3 oz butter

- Freshly ground black pepper

-Sea Salt

- 1 teaspoon olive oil



Preparation

Start by preheating your oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

Heat 1 teaspoon Olive Oil in a skillet sear the season the filets with salt and pepper salmon skin side first ( you want the skin to get crispy)

Place pan with salmon in preheated oven ( ensure pan is oven safe) Bake until desired doneness

In a separate pan melt the butter slowly add the chopped dill, and juice of lemon let simmer

during the last couple minutes of cooking the salmon begin to baste the salmon in the dill butter sauce.

Serve with roasted potatoes and Dill butter on side ENJOY!
